How the charge show up on your bank statement —
​
Any and all charges from EverPress Media Plaques will show up as Flashpoint Ventures LLC. on your bank statement of which EverPress is a wholly-owned subsidiary.
Quality —
​
EverPress Media Plaques creates 100% custom, handmade wall plaques which will inevitably have very minor quirks due to the nature of human error. (We do not use any machines to process the clear coat layer or to apply the paint on the outer edges). Our products are gorgeous, but not flawless.
• Inside every package, we provide you with information to properly handle any breaks, damages or quality issues caused during the delivery of your order. Please refer to the instructions and note that we reserve the right to deny any claims that do not meet the requirements set forth by said instructions.

Graphic VS. Physical Appearance —

Our design team works very hard to provide you with an accurate and clear depiction of the final product(s). In order to achieve the most beautiful finish, published cutouts are not preferred. Our plaques are handmade using a trophy quality MDF substrate, high resolution printed materials, top quality epoxy coatings, metal engraved plates and premium paints. As a result of being handmade, our products may have subtle blemishes which are virtually unavoidable and we will not be able to replace a finished product without the approval of a quality manager and clear photos of any blemish or issue with the finishes.
Returns —

As out production process is irreversible, we require prepayment on all orders and do not accept returns under any circumstances.
​Chargebacks —
​
EverPress Media Plaques retains all of the necessary documentation required to prove that your purchase was in fact voluntary and valid.
• Please be aware that we have a 99% success rate in proving the validity of our transactions and that any attempt to fraudulently take back funds will be met with swift legal action.
• In the event that your purchasing card has been lost or stolen, please contact your bank and confirm that any charges from us are valid before closing the account.
•• Upon failure to provide your bank with the necessary information about a transaction between yourself or your company and EverPress Media Plaques, we will provide all of the documentation necessary to the appropriate parties as a means of reclaiming our funds.
••• If we are unable to reclaim our funds through this process, the next step will be to reinvoice you (the customer) via email for the original invoice amount plus an additional 3% to cover our card processing fees as well as an additional $15.00 handling fee. This new invoice will require a payment in full within two business days of the date of receipt.
•••• In the event that EverPress Media Plaques has not received payment of said invoice within the two business days, we reserve the right to take further action in order to reclaim our rightful funds.

Refunds —​
EverPress Media Plaques does not provide refunds for any delivered products.
